What We Process
The app may process account email, questions, uploaded PDF metadata, SHA256 hashes, generated answers, calculator traces, retrieved source references, and proof voucher records.
Uploaded Files
The current pilot computes file hashes and stores voucher metadata. Public verification pages expose safe voucher fields only, not private raw file contents.
Grounding And Providers
Questions may be routed through SustainPro retrieval, calculator, and answer-writing services. Public responses must not expose private API keys or internal provider names.
Data Rights
For pilot access, contact the SustainPro operator to request export, correction, or deletion review. Immutable evidence vouchers may be retained where needed for audit integrity.
